Idling issues

Hi

I'm having problems with my fr550(08). sometimes when i start the car up it idles at 1000rpm and sounds like its straining and stays there until i move off but when i stop it stays at 1000rpm. My local dealer has tested it but couldn't find any problems. it doesn't happen all the time tho. when it happens i try turning it off and then on again and still continues so you have to leave it a while. the dealer and i have tested the pedal and its not sticking

anyone got any ideas

Some dealer.................Remind me to avoid that dealer if ever I have a problem

An FR TDI comes in ticking over at 1000rpm and they check to see if the throttle pedal is stuck
