Quite simply....No mate. The carriers would need milling down to fit, which is costly so aint worth doing at all unless there a seriously big set up, if there only 312mm's then not worth it at all
 
Firstly, what are you looking to buy? An ibiza or a Leon? You've posted in both forums, and asked a question.

Leon Cupra brakes wont fit the Ibiza, without spending alot of money, more than would be worth.

Cupra R engine wise,
2 versions on the Leon, as per the answer you got.

Ibiza: 1 version 180 ish brake.
Same engine as the normal Ibiza Cupra, which is 156bhp, but the Cupra R has a differently setup ECU.

After Remapping either of the Ibiza engine's, you'll get the same result of around 200+
