Looks like the wheel bearing on my LCR is on it's way out, I am fairly handy with a spanner and wondered if it's easy or difficult, and I presume I need to get access to a press?
 
Rear you dont need a press, fronts just need fly pressing in, if you take the hub off and remove the old one big socket and lump hammer jobbie and then take it to a garage, a decent one shoulg charge £10 to press a new one in then take it home and re-assemble.
 
So am I right in thinking the only pain with this is pressing the old bearing out and back in again?

If that is the case I might take the hub to an engineering shop to do!

The bigest one you need is 30 mm for cv joint nut.

I think Shaunyboy means you need to use a big socket of the right OD to use as a drift to press (or tw*t with said lump hammer) the old bearing out, but I could be wrong...:shrug:
