Re-map / Boost

Hello all...

New to Cupra Net!

I recently had my Leon 20VT re-mapped! Standard 180BHP now about 212ish....

But it seems to be loosing boost... the power dips to an from here and there when accelerating!

Any Ideas anyone??

What is the boost gauge reading?

I havent got a boost guage fitted,

The car is standard apart from the recent re-map - diverter valve and panell filter!

Spoken to the guys who did the map, they think it could be the boost pipe?

Just wanted to get a heads up really before i went to see them!

Could be anything tbh, a vag com scan will give you a fault code to go on.

It might be worth buying a gauge and pod so you can monitor whats going on with the boost/performance.

we aint aloud to mention the company who mapped your car

"we do not wish to be associated with this company - contact admin"
was the msg i recieved! ok thats fine by me.
rather than post a thread on here it is best to contact the company who did it, i KNOW the owner will happily assist you and your troubles!

ahhh.. well given its likely *cough* uk, then map is as likely a culprit as anything else..

no doubt every other component would be blamed first tho.

boost fluctuating... could be N75, could be a vac leak, but could also be the map (does'nt help you much tho I'm afraid)

i am due to see the guys who did the map this coming Saturday! Sorry.... i wasnt aware we are not to mention certain companies... my bad! Like i said im new to Cupra net!
