I'm pretty sure my standard bosch recirc is goosed, would this cause slight stuttering when accelerating? More so in gear 1, 2 and 3. It splutters, but if you give it more throttle, it overcomes this. Have checked all boost hoses, and standard induction hose, and can't see any lose/split hoses
 
Do you mean on part throttle just as it comes on boost the dumpvalve opens then it starts boosting again?

Only does it on a very light throttle and mostly in 2nd?

If so my Forge 007p valve started doing this when I fitted my FMIC...I have now changed it to a GFB 50/50 adjustable valve [that I have done up tighter] and it seems to be a hell of a lot better now.

From a standing start really, just bogs down, but if i give it more throttle, it's fine
 
Also put in Optimax the other day instead of normal fuel, could it be related to this? Can't see it myself but just ruling out options
