Has anyone had to replace the battery on their car?
I've just been told by Seat the battery will be £96.00, sounds steep to me as my dad has just replaced the battery on his Navara and that was only just over the £100 mark!

Thanks,
Billy

Depends on the model of Ibiza you have and the quality of battery you want

I was quoted between £50 and £75 for my 130TDi sport.

Eurocarparts seem to have a good selection.

A battery is a battery - don't expect massive reductions just because you have a smaller car - it's still got a 1.8T under the bonnet

been checking lately for my 130 tdi sport and around £55-65 gets you a decent one with ratings equal or above the oem battery, halfords price was £92 for their cheapest one.

Price of the battery is normally determined by its amp power, not by the size of the car, my 1.2 only runs about 300amps, and costs £59 in Halfords ( staff discount not included) :)
