Montion Sensor Alarm in Ibiza FR

Hi,

Just bought a Ibiza FR (06) and locked the dog in it while i went to the shop - got towards the shop and the alarm started screaming!! lol

Is there a button to disable the Montion Sensor in the Alarm ?? (In my Golf and A3, i used to have a switch to hold to disable it)

If memory serves, I think a double press on the lock on the remote disables the motion sensors....

Yeah, used to have an A3 myself, and the switch was in the sill behind the drivers seat (although I had the car for over 6 months before I found out what it was for!!)

Ye thats the one, the bulb went on mine by the end so u were'nt really sure if the button was pressed or not lol

yep double clicking the lock button will disable the interior sensor

Think the double clicking for deadlocks is a Vauxhall thing, but might be wrong!

Could be as I did it on my wifes Corsa too! Sometimes I do it just to make sure I have done it!

Ive not heard that but do remeber that incident on the news.

Not illegal but on a very hot or cold day the RSPCA have the right to break the window and take the dogs out and prosecute you. Too right though

Ye i agree i only leave the dog to run in the shop and i hardly ever let it in my car any ways hahaha

Same she keeps trying to jump up at the window and scratches all the plastics, bought one of them seat belt collar things to keep her still (and safe) but this doesn't stop here shedding white hair all over the car!
