I went into my dealer today to speak to them about my car and give them the V70 for my number plate and they said production of the Bocanegra is going to be stopped soon in order to keep it exclusivity...?

I spoke to my dealer yesterday and he clarified this for me, they are not stopping production, they are kust not continuously producing the car, thew will only build to order noe instead of having surplus stock, this also goes for the Cupra and the FR, this also explains the delays people are having as they are waiting for a certain amount of orders before the build a batch

That really sucks man. Wonder if that could have anything to do with my order being delayed now. They confirmed they have the red demo there at my dealer which they are not selling anymore as they need it as a demo in order to get more orders, so you could be right there mate.

mine was build wk6 & the last update I had was that it's waiting for a slow boat to the UK....Mk2 we could be getting ours at a similar time.... these last few weeks (hopefully) are a killer.....

Mine was build week 4 and still havnt heard anything other than all is on track and will be here mid march, my dealers wods were... "quicker than i expected!"

If anyone orders a boc or cupra now it will arrive in about November. They are only taking spec orders and once they have a certain numbers they then go into production. Mine failed QC and has to be re-built now, hopefully be here mid April. Does that suck or what? No car since October last year.

They did not specify unfortunately. It could have been anything but I am just going to wait for the new one to be built. What's a few more weeks in the bigger scheme of things? They will hear me though if mid April comes and the car still aint here.

Mine passed QC with a large imperfection scuff in the windscreen right in my eyeline!

I'm waiting on a new windscreen coming in at seat.

I think that if you buy under the scrappage scheme it has to be delivered within 120 days or Seat won't get the government grant of 1000 pounds.

Hi I brought mine from m1 motors what sort off deal did you get from them if you don't mind me asking.

No deal at all. They didn't offer no discount nothing. I am at least getting it at the reduced vat rate so i can't complain. They have thrown in the car care treatment for free so saved like 300 quid there. What sorta deal did you get?
