Ecomotive S's differences

So i've been looking at loads of the Leon Ecomotive S's recently, and have noticed there is very few that are the same.

Is there a set timeframe that certain models had certain things or is it just random / optional extras.

Seems to be 50% have alloys and 50% have the usb ipod/phone adapter along with a different stereo and dash

Any idea?

Try parkers, that has a comprehensive list of what options were... well options, and what was standard, and when.

Doesn't seem to mention the radio changes though, the whole unit is completely different on a few models, some have the standard leon radio, others have a shinier one (only way i can describe it at the moment) and the whole dash layout is different on the 09's from the 08s i think

Shinier? I presume your not talking about the RNS310/510 Sat Nav unit?

Some must be pre-Facelift models then as the "Shinier Radio" became standard on the FL Leon when it was released last year when also some of the dash layout changed as well

The default stereo on the leons s's ive looked at recently looked like ;
