My favorite :)

for your exhaust how you manage to get rid of the original whole that your exhaust sat in

I cut out the original exhaust tunnel
Plastic welded in a patch
Used fibre glass filler to even up the patch
Smoothed over with normal body filler
Resprayed the whole piece in graphite grey :)

I see a slight trend here... so, from the 16" camp...

Sitting high at the back with no weight in it... no back seats and all :D

jesus lot of work gone into doing that its a shame you cant just buy the piece with no holes in and cut them for the exhaust

No pictures at the minute, I could get one tomorrow if I remember. Door cards are still in. Parcel shelf is still in too, providing 'some' coverage of sub etc.

ye i couldnt find anyone who made a cage for the mk4 so went down the route of ringing around see what people could do.

ended up getting a fully custom built one to where I wanted it to go, how i wanted it to look, what materials etc etc made by 'Fusion Fabrications' in York, quite well know for custom work within the Ford scene.
It was a bit of a treck but well worth it, it was originally in polished steel but it was sprayed 2weeks ago :D

im not to far from york what kind of cost we talking about to get it done

So far, scotto is winning for me, then bertrum and dicky are tied 2nd

Got my vote too scott o! to b honest all the others look pretty similar!! its very hard to get the rear of the MK4 to sit low enough especially using wheels large enough to fit over the seat sport brakes! mine rubs all the time!!

I got to admit Scott-o's is looking the mutts nuts! love the white!

I think I'm going to have to get mine cleaned up and get some better pics.
Cant see the stance too well with it being on Black wheels :( doesnt help with it being on 16's either

Luke, at a guess i'd say anywhere from £400 to £800 depending on what you want.
Best thing is to just drop him an email, really decent guy

Some daytime pics or using bright lights will show it up better stebbi :)
