Can you fit parking front parking sensors to the facelift bodykit?

Just that question really as I ordered a car with them but have been told they probably arent able to fit them beyond the standard facelift front bumper..

I do remeber reading some where, but I cant remember where that they can not be fitted to the aero bumper.

I imagine you can fit parking sensors to any bumper? As long as the depth of the unit will fit (what like 10-15mm) there must be somewhere else they can be fitted if not in that perticular area??

Got front sensors on mine so yes you can get them for the facelift model

Dealer told me on saturday when I ordered my Leon FR that if I decided to have the Aero bumpers on it I would'nt be able to have the parking sensors on it!!

I enquired at my delaers about rear sensors on my K1
The dealer said that they wouldn't fit because of the body kit.

They gave me the number of an auto electrician that does their work.
He came round and fitted them for me no problem for less £'s than the dealer wanted for just the kit

Go figure

I take it you dont have the aero body front bumper kit on your new facelift model though? It's on that that they say you cant have it not the standard facelift fr frront bumper..

yeah sorry didn't realise you were meaning the aero kit, just read will it fit a facelift

be very surprised if you can't get an aftermarket one to fit the aero kit though - have a google and see what that comes up with

nice one will do jane. wonder if an aftermarket one would be compatible with the factory fit sat nav so you can also see whats in front of you as well as hear a beep or whatever? hmmm...
