I am Thinking of buying some Millers Ecomax additive, but confused as to when you fill it in the tank, before filling up on a empty tank, or after you have filled up on a full tank? Thanks!

Let us know how you get on with the Ecomax. Is it a new Millers product?

Will you be following on from another additive i.e. DPS4 or is it from scratch?

Sorry for the asks but it might give a better insight to the product.

I've been using Millers for some years now and am interested to know their products.

Have always used the above method at the pumps too.

Yep be careful how you store it, i used to keep it in the boot and then put some in the tank before filling up at the station, but it does leak pretty bad, the car still smells of it now.
I got the impression it was the Power Sport 4 stuff just re-branded. I could (probably) be wrong though.

In each boot of the cars I have a plastic carry box bungeed onto the boot hooks. The box includes a foot pump, basic tool kit (big hammer/little hammer), tow rope and a Worcestershire source bottle with the Millers - nicely wedged so it don't fall over. In the garage on the shelf lives the gallon container.

Yes it does stink, but in a nice roundabout way :D

As already said, Millers Eco Max is the new re-branded and more importantly new bottled version of that Power Sport 4 one.

Old dps4 bottle leaked everywhere, but this new one is brilliant, not had a single leak yet

Seems to do exactly the same job as the old stuff, so I think it is just a new design and name and that's it!

My bottle lives in the back garden! I won`t have it anywhere near my interior as it reeks!

I usually dose my near empty tank at home, then go round the corner to fill up at my local Texaco.

getting it on your hands is a pain in the arse. EVERYthing else foodwise you touch after that tastes like ecomax

True! Even after washing them!
I get loads of disposable gloves from work, so it`s not too bad for me.

ive got much better with it after using it for over a year now, the first few times were messy to say the least. Saying that the previous bottle was a nightmare! Hand stink guaranteed!

I don't bother.

I just avoid supermarket diesel.

If bothered i'd use premium fuel from an oil major.

how many miles are you getting to a tank? My trip's are all over the place, the one that seems to stay static is reading 42.5 and the other one just goes awol and sometimes reads over 100mpg. Anything i can do to fix this?
