Im trying to get hold of one but the only ones i can seem to find have 57mm in/outlets?
Are people using these and reducers or can somone point me in the right direction of one with 64mm in/outlets,the only one i could find was 90mm thick and im pretty sure thats to thick

PLEASE HELP lol

thanks james,i tried searching for nevs guide the other day but i think theres somthing wrong with the search it wont bring it up,ill try again now

Upper IC hoses are 63mm. On the driver's side you join to the existing rubber hose going down past the washer bottle. On the passenger side you join to the plastic MAP sensor pipe, or replace this wit the forge item and connect to that.
Max thickness IC you want is around 75mm as that is the max clearance behind the crash bar. Try and get 63mm inlet and outlet, although I have 76mm in and outs with reducers to 63mm.

Here's another example, same route just slightly different pipework and this is the Toyo Typre R cooler with 57mm inlet/oulet to 63mm pipework on the charge side and then 63mm pipework to the standard map sensor that is 60mm on the cold side, i just used a 60mm joiner for this, it was tight, but so are alot of things in life, it does fit with some lub and brute force.

Phil would a battery still fit with the pipes like that? If it does I'm redoing my hot side pipe like that as its less of a restriction than mine.

received my map pipe today and i think ive ordered the wrong one, didnt realise there was two diff lenghs and ive got the smaller of the two

Hi you say max thickness is 75mm what is the max dimensions you can have for
a lcr? what size is ur ic? I'm going the universal route but is bigger better?;)

You can fit thicker but you will have to modify the crash bar, I ran a 85mm cooler on mine.

As danny said a cooler with 2.5" inlet and outlet is best as there will be no bottle neck in the system from reducers.
