I really feel for you mate as mine packed up on the motorway yesterday afternoon and is at the stealers. 150 miles and 4 days old. 6 fault codes on the ecu. looks like its ******. theyve not even rang me today.Am going down there tomorrow to get a courtesy car or I will be camping there for a while

congrats on the car mate, was down there on saturday. pretty sure i saw yours outside the seat showroom in the lineup. looked great. have had to chase my car over the phone last month and had no calls from them, went there saturday to find out about my car. been pushed back to july 3rd now tho

Saw yours when booking mine in, Mines been in today nothing really fixed at all they have got to order parts, did conceed that oil use seems excessive on it. Didnt really hear rattle, blah blah blah
deaf T***S so it goes back in again for the "Master technician" to have a poke n prod at it next time it goes in. Drove back over Eton Wick and the speed humps with me n the other half listening............ rattled like mad. Over the noise of the shock compressing and extending as the car went over the hump. Didnt offer to replace the scorched bonnet liner just put in new clips. Frankly not impressed at all. I really lack faith in mechanics sometimes. Glad I never carried on at college and completed. I would have been a bit disilussioned with it all.

TBH dunno if I would get another SEAT again though. in two years time.

Yep that will be me! Took the Mrs round to her clients house to do their accounts. Shes a professional bean counter. (Accountant) for a kids TV company but shes also got her own business as well, round a building companies owners place who she looks after.

Must agree, sorry chuck is having such a hard time. Mine has given me nothing but joy so far and I have already made up my mind that when SEAT finally release the CUPRA R my name will be first on the list hahahahahahahahaha

Its fun to drive but maybe it is just the dealer experience so far. After this is all sorted Im going to take it to Hughes in Farnham Common for the body kit, arm rest and other bits I want done next. Money is not the issue its just the quality of service. If you pay top dollar you expect the best they can provide.... not waffle. Car still makes me smile
