Finally, after 2 months of looking under my bonnet, wondering why my turbo wasnt kicking in.......i cracked it! (albeit accidentally!) I was actually clearing some leaves, when my arm brushed the electrical contact point of the n75.........it came off........"hmmm i thought.....was this on in the 1st place??2 ..... Anyhow, plugged her in, and my car went like the clappers!!

My car is a 1.9tdi 110bhp.........I cannot believe how fast she goes now, she pulls like a train!

The only trouble is, when on the motorway (in 5th) and only doing about 65 (so low rpm), I decided to overtake a coach, I got halfway past (75mph), and felt the car go into limp mode?

Fine after I reset it, but it keeps happening at 70-80mph in lower revs, rather than when its booted in 3rd and 4th..............why??

I have a crappy ebay job MAF sensor that I bought when 1st trying to solve the turbo mystery........Do u think I should put my Pierburgh back on?

Suggestions appreciated, thankyou/

Only way to tell, put the old maf back on, and see difference, as maf's are something you don't want to skimp on

Well done on getting the turbo working, accidents always find good things out, newton found out about gravity when an apple hit him on his head when he slept under an apple tree ;)

I am sure that the OP has a different engine in, Im sure that it is from an Audi.

Yeah, sorry for the confusion.......my engine is out of an audi (a4 quattro i think??)

Changed the maf back earlier, havent been up the m`way yet, but seems to have more boost (may be in my head)!!! Will test mway tho.
