Its the hose with the original black hose on it thats getting replaced as it has a venturi effect on it and its plastic lol

Ahhh yeh! Do forge not already do one as part of their hard pipe kit for fitting the seatsport front mount on the petrol fr's? I'd be interested in sorting one like along with that hose kit you bought. Money is scarce this month like after this weekend

The pipe is the one Hartosh has mentioned. It's a really poor desgn from the factory... Forge's one is not the same as the FMIC fitting kit I don't think. The new one is compatible with the IC/Throttle body hose, whereas the FMIC kit is a little different.
Yeh it does look terrible where it pancakes and what not! Any idea when it's coming out and price? Has there been a topic on it or have you just been speaking to forge?
Theres a thread about it Scott Forge were looking for a donor car to test it but im too far from them im not sure if Rich will go over again or not!

I went to Forge a couple of weeks ago to try out the Turbo hose from an LCR 225. As I thought, it didn't fit as the K04 turbo is much larger, so Kris got a pipe from a Mk4 Golf GTi but that proved impossible to fit too, so he took the part number of our standard turbo hose, and is going to have a silicon one made up soon. No mention of dates yet, they're really busy at the moment apparently.
With the pipework, Kris has an Ibiza Cupra TDi, so he trialled the pipework on his own car. They have one other kit made up but it's not for sale, nor in production yet I believe. No word on time for that either, but the pipework mod is definitely on my wish list.

Just dropped the car off there and the exhaust is going on tomorrow whilst I'm at work once again I don't have the time really and cba doing it Saturday afternoon or Sunday myself so I'm just paying. Been assured I will get it back with no knocks or bangs so happy days.
Also noticed the 2nd lambda sensor mount is set out and at an angle rather than straight into the pipe like the first one, be interested to see if the eml will come on as it looks like the 2nd boss might be like that to trick the ecu as the sensor won't be fully in the exhaust gasses. Itl be getting mapped out anyway but will be good to see!

my sensor on my blueflame exhaust goes in at an angle after the cat dont get any emls or faults etc.
You got a decat too mate? Is your centre section silenced or have you got yours straight through to the backbox?
oh forgot you have a decat ive got a race cat with a silencer in the centre section somtimes i crave decat or to get rid of the centre section and others days i love how it sounds as on boost it sounds awesome.
I've got the decat but with a resonated centre section as I didn't want it loud. Should have got a picture of how the 2nd lambda boss is, there's like a little 90 degree bit of pipe welded on an it's in the end of that at an angle. Itl do my head in if the light comes on but suppose it's only a couple of weeks until it gets mapped! Hoping that forge pipe comes out too, even though shouldn't really buy it this month! Haha
Got the car back! Very happy with the exhaust, it's abit deeper on tickover but low revs and motorway driving it's no louder inside than standard, which is perfect! Under load the car sounds absolutely awesome and it picks up so so quick now! Really can't wait until it's mapped!

Haha mine will be on for another 2 weeks it's gonna do my head in! Bet your car is loud as hell, mines pretty loud on full chat even with the center silencer!
