thanks very much for all your inputs, no one seems to have bad things to say about any of them. i think im swaying towards the tx autosport one from ebay, as it looks like a more straight forwaqrd fit and has good performance reviews. Just one question about it. Does the pipework on this one have beaded lips? and did you say the intercooler is actually bigger than the forge one?

The forge cooler and tx auto sport have about the same area. The tx is much bigger than people think as it's 1/3 thicker than the forge one. The tx kit doesn't have beaded pipes but it doesn't need it as the silicone joiner are really big. The alloy fits all the way in. Also it's a really tight fit. Also the clamps are the best you can get. Will get u some pics

here you go

this one shows how thick the cooler is, forges one is the the same as the pipe on top

you can see how nice and big the silicone joiners are

the great thing with this is the cooler fits under that crash bar and not behind it

i really cant recommend this kit enough, i love it. also the company on ebay, thats there red lcr and it running stage 3 with the same cooler :)

nice one mate, i see what you mean now, you haven't had any problems with hoses popping off at all then? what power and boost are you running through yours?

nope no hoses popping off :) im only on the standard map so 1 bar of pressure however i have done many boost leak tests at 1.6 bar and still no problems or hose popping off. im saving up for stage 2 map at the moment, cant wait. i would take massive pressure to pop one of the hoses off with them clamps holding them on, something else in the engine bay would go first :)
