There was a Seat Leon Cupra R down to get the initial exhaust build for this range.
Really sorry to have to say this but this is terrible service for such an expensive system.
This will lead people to not consider the extra expense over the Blueflame system.
Get this sorted for the man to save Pipers reputation as its crumbling badly!!
sorry but if you were fully concerned about getting this problem resolved then it would not take 5 months to make any progress.Hello all!
I have just been made aware of this issue, Can someone please tell me more about it,
As i understand the mount is too low and causing the flanges to pull away from each other, is that correct?
If anyone has some more pics il see what i can do to get this resolved, and apologies for the trouble!

Piper Exhausts
I am not sure if this helps at all but I do not need my LCR Monday - Friday so leaving it with you for 3days wouldn't be an issue, I live in Surrey so the distance isn't impossible. However, I do not have a Piper system fitted, just the OE Cat-back connected to large DP & Race-Cat so if there is no other way that you can resolve this, I'd happy to give you my car to redesign the current system that you are offering, perhaps non-resonated also.
In return, I won't expect reimbursement for the travel costs although I would hope that we might be able to reach an agreement on a substantial discount on the Cat-back that will be fitted and tested on the car, seeing as I am in the market for one anyway. I have been a loyal customer of yours in the past (albeit through Halfords) and your workmanship on those parts was absolutely fantastic, I'd have no issue with you doing this and I am sure this problem can be overcome
.
Do you still have the standard items that could be put back on, We wouldnt really like to work from someone else design as this may be what caused the problems in the first place.
I do still have the OE down pipe and twin-Cat assembly sitting unused in my garage. I use a PipeWerx 3" down pipe and 200cell single race-cat which are of a very good fitment, the OE cat-back (2.5") sits in the same place with no rubbing at all. It's your call which DP/Cat assembly you might want to use of course, just so long as the upgraded items are put back on the car if they are removed and with good gaskets to prevent any leaks.
Hi,
I really want to try and avoid 'guessing' at a new pipe its a lot easier to do it on the car, Like i say, i really want to get this right and not just 'close enough'
If sending of a sample pipe for testing is the only option then i will do it, but i want to explore all other possibilities first.
