That is cool. How did you get it to do that?

You need access to VCDS (VAG-COM) 912 or higher and enable staging under instruments.

I would say it depends on what Control Module you have for the Instruments. If you have access to VAG COM to compare, mine is Address 17: Instruments 1P0 920 952.

I'm interested in this if it's not a Cupra-only thing. It would be funny in an ironic way to have racing car style needle sweep in a 1.6CR diesel that rarely gets above 60mph.

Just checked my FR FL 170 Cr MY10 with VCDS and the module in mine is Address 17: Instruments 1P0 920 954. The 'staging' is there to activate under the Adaptations tab, but just like to check before i hit the button. once you have chosen 'activate' and hit 'do it' an info box pops up stating something like workshop authorise code required......do you want to use vagcom 12345/123/12345 code instead either YES or NO are the options.Is it ok to hit yes at this point?

If it is then hopefully it will be functional for us diesel guys
