Double Din?

On my Leon, a switched live had to be taken from the fuse box, I.E something that came on when the key was turned, trouble is, the Leon only had 2 switch positions, off, on and motor start, so in the on position, the radio would come on, but so were my glow plugs, engine electrics etc, not sure what it's like for the Biza

I can confirm it works 100% with my sony hu just need the patch cable for £10 and the stalk controls will work to do you plan onk doing any other upgrades to your speakers or anything.

I was planning to install a pioneer avh-4200dvd
but now I'm installing a JVC KW-AVX830 because the bluetooth adaptor is included and saves 100 quid!

And Alpine type R components to go in!

I also need to purchase an Alpine 10" sub which I will build in also should sound DAM Sweet!

I got the sony xav-70bt atm with 2 1200 w sony xplod subs in the boot. I have changed the door speakers for sony ones and amped them up, but unless your going for high definition sound its not worth changing the speakers.with the right settings can get good sound oit of them. If you are going to do them its worth the little extra effort and money top amp them. Will post couple of pics up tomorrow as im on phone now.

An update for you..
Heres what I'm putting in (sub still to be purchased)

Help for others interested, There are 7 clips holding the standard stereo surround on...
there are four screws arrowed that T20's that need to be removed for the stereo to come out.

only broke one! haha I don't care next time this goes back on I'll be selling the car and won't care

Will be amping everything up from my Awesome PDX-5
it's 4x 94W rms and 1x 394W rms so plenty man enough for the job

this is how i had it installed in my Vauxhall Astra and i plan to do the same with the Boca

Yeah I made the box myself the sub was just in the alpine box it came with until I build the amp rack. The plexi window was part of the sub bow but the plan was to use it for the amp rack and then build in the sub like.......

The 12v socket is ignition live on my FR - it's only a short cable run up to the back of the head unit.
