Has anyone modified their dash from single din to take a double din head unit.

Did any leons come with a double din head unit as standard? I'm almost certain I saw a picture of one but have no idea where. Looked like the climate control is still below it in the normal place?

I have a standard Seat Double DIN stereo with steering wheel controls at present. I am looking at a few stereos but wanted to know if any other adaptors are needed e.g aerial, iso etc etc.... Ive searched on here but not really found a definitive post Any advice greatly appreciated...
