Single din & steering wheel controls

Ive got a double din fascia and a single din converter. When I fit a single din unit can I keep my steering wheel controls?

only if the head unit supports the steering controls, you will probably need a loom for the radio specific to that brand and then another box of tricks to connect it to the steering wheel.

Most modern day units support the steering wheel controls feature , it just plugs into the canbus adaptor.
