Just back from a dyno run with the boc.
BHP from the 2 runs was first at 171bhp and the second was 172bhp.
This was done with normal unleaded fuel. Think stock its 180PS

Still not too bad althought when i looked at the dash it was all lit up with faults
Thankfully they all went out when the car was driven off :D

Can post the graphs if needed, still it gives a start for future mods.

The dyno was a maha

thats seems pretty accurate. dont foegt the car is 180ps not 180bhp.

180PS=178Hp. This is when used in conjunction with 98ron fuel as well. So considering you are using lesser fuel id say thats bang on the money.

Dont worry about the fault codes, all cars do it on the dyno, thats normally why they go for a little spin after. its mainly the car panicking because the front wheels are giving it some stuck yet the rears are stationary

I agree, that sounds about right and I believe the maha rollers are very accurate with figures. Get the prints up and we can have them here for comparison.

Id like to see the graphs if possible

The guy at the garage said it was trickier to do a dyno run with the dsg autobox tho

Is that dip where the SC cuts and torbo engages?

AFAIK the SC disengages at 3.5k rpm but the turbo is always engaged. You cant just disengage the turbo as its driven by the exhaust gasses..

I think thats where it changed gear of its own accord..

You wont get a graph with a shape like that if the car changed gear mid power run as the rpm will drop 500-1k rpm on a gear change..
