Cheers, it's the best match I've seen to the rest of the instruments. Especially with the red backlight.
New Vent Pod
Ive just installed my vent pod that Nev very kindly made for me. Did a fantastic job!!!
Boost gauge is from Glow Shift and fits in perfectly with the car. Must say its the best one i have seen.
Got the tinted lense black one as mine is the pre-facelift cupra with the black dials (thankfully)
Installing the boost gauge - well more so routing the tube from dash to engine bay is an absolute nightmare. Its made to sound so easy here but its very tricky and very frustrating. But given that i have done it once could do it in a few minutes if had to do it again. Removing the bottom of the dash really has to be also done.

Where did you get the glow shift gauges? I can only find American sellers and imperial units (degrees Fahrenheit).

I'm looking at getting one of these guages, what was the length of the wiring like. Got an AutoGauge one and the length of the wires are very short.
they are short. About a foot long

I also had to extend the tube a good bit to get it to the fpr- but sounds like you have a tube already installed if you have a gauge already

It's not installed already... I totally knacked it after spraying the rim black. Did a good job and thought I'd clean off the masking tape glue and minor over spray. Didn't have any white spirit so I used my girls nail varnish remover and it totaly melted the face of the dial... went all frosted and ruff.
... so I did the only thing possible - ripped it apart to see how it works!

i will try my nomad pillar pod 1st , i like the use of my heaters ,
saying that im sure the good skills of nev could convert the middle two vent into two or maybe a 3 gauge pod

I've got a Mk4 column pod on order from Awesome. They confirmed it will fit so I'll see how things go when it arrives. Out of stock at the moment but should get it next week.
