yeh id already come across them, whats p&p costs as cant see it on there?? hose is only £8.29 a metre or so

Think it was free p&p mate tbh it was the price per meter so if you wanted three meters you need to select in quantity 3 for 3m ect ect, is good quality stuff I thought.

is that a toyo sports can off the bay???

I have one which is custom made (smaller, to fit the crowded space from my engine bay) and its empty inside. And sometimes I have a blue smoke from my exhaust when in engine brake...so i thought it could be from this fact...

If your catch can is just an empty box inside then it is doing nothing. It needs some sort of plate or baffling to slow the air down enough to allow the oil/moisture to drop out of the air and be collected. That's why a proper catch can will have yellowy gunk in the bottom of it, moisture and oil has been separated from the air.

Thank RobDon, thats what I have heard also...and that is why I was asking the question...because I know that the ones which are good value for money have either a wall/plate or a metal sponge inside.
But is it normal to see oil in the intake hose if the catch can is empty? Because this oil goes into the intake, and is burnt by turbo and that should explain the blue smoke on my back.
