Nice choice, FR+ does not have logo's on the seats, gear lever or dash any more. Basically the FR+ has basically the same interior as the old Sport now but with the FR branded steering wheel and FR dogo cloth less SEAT badges if that helps. Your leather choice will be the same as the ones in the Sport.

Personally, I think it looks a lot better without the FR logos on the seats. Makes the car a bit more grown up looking, specially with the seats being all black now too.

The rear LED looks different from this showed here before ... I wonder if they are going to be plug&play or trouble with dashboard lights

Roll on Leon Mk3, hope we don't have to wait too long

Should see pictures of it in early Sept before it is released at the motor show. Although my bet is on it going to full build next May week 22 perhaps same as the MKII. Engine line up is rumoured to be:

1.2 TSi
1.4 TSi
1.6 TSi (no actual build date or details possibly 160 and 200ps)
1.6 TDi 110
2 litre TDi 140
2 litre TDi 181

Stop/start should be standard so a Co2 drop across the range and better mpg.Sure Mork can approve or deny these net rumours!!!

I like the few tweeks they have done, but I feel that reducing it to 140 ps instead of 170 ps in the diesel FR version dilutes the brand some what.

As said, if the Mk3 doesn't offer a Cupra version with the same engine power output as rivals ala the new focus st and others then I wont be spending my money with SEAT again

You're not 100% correct with the information

That said, I'd speculate your engine choices are about right

Cool looking for a much earlier release/build date then :D

Speculation is a wonderful thing!!!

These LED tailights on the FR/Cupra R still intrigue me, seems a strange and costly thing to do on a runout model? Unless the MKIII Leon is coming out as a 3 door first or the FR and Cupra R are being kept in production a while longer????

Apparently it could be the end of high powered sport hatchs!

Focus RS....soon to bedropped.
Focus ST....soon to be Dropped
Civic type R.... soon to be Dropped

All due to emmissions etc! Apparently Honda are putting a 1.6lump in the new civic type R to be released in 2012..... (not 100% sure if it's accurate)

But if this is the case, then the cupra may never be coming back! :(

The Cupra will come back but engine sizes will probably decrease. Doesn't mean less power though, just might make tuning more expensive...
