My searches have revealed a spec of 30 NM for the torque setting whilst NGK on the box recommend between 1/2 to 3/4 turn after hand tight. I'll set the torque wrench to 30 nm and tighten up to 3/4 of a turn or the slip of the wrench whichever comes first.
When i checked on NGK's website they advise that gaps should be correct for the plug leaving the factory and don't advise adjustment due to how delicate the iridium tips are. It depends how careful you are i suppose but 0.7mm sounds good to me.
