Help boost problem.!

Ok so it boosts up then dumps a bit then boosts again.! Up and Down till about 120 then will hold.?

Change:-

N75
MAF
All PCV pipes as they were all split
Dump valve
Other pipes
Checked for boost leaks (none)

By this do you mean there is a sort of flat spot when accelerating? Boost dies off then cuts back in again?

Yes when I boot it it boosts up to 20psi then I can hear a dump it drops off to 12psi then boosts back up to 19/20 until I get to around 120 then will hold at 18psi.?

turbo itself could have a leak / be knackard, after all it's just a tiny KKK turbo, prone to failure.

mine does the same, i've changed everything except the turbo..... if need be i'll get it rebuilt, I reckon it is the turbo itself.

What N75 valge did you replace it with? If you put a J valve or ECS valve, that could be the problem as they give you a bigger boost spike which can upset the ECU.

mine has 30000000 miles.......... dude mines on 70K full SEAT dealer history 2 owners, 2nd from for 6 years, owned by a grade a motorway driver police officer who runs performance cars. It's cleaner then some 05 plate mk1's I've seen about, the mileage has nothing to do with it.

Yes mate mine does it although Ive never thought it to be a mega problem. A local place which specialises in VW/Seat/Audi and Porsche. Its called Storm Developments, not saying it is the remap thats causing it but cant imagine its helping.

Mobile mapper from Surry don't get me wrong my car is rappid was pushing an S4 along this morning git wouldn't move over.! But I hate it when it's doing it as I think my car would be even quicker.!

No mate i did not.! But I guessed at the time more boost would open any leaks I had so guessed that was my problem.!

Sounds like the map mate.

That's what I think but had to rule everything out first.! Just need to run some logs and post them in here so you can all advise.
