Mk4 Ibiza Cupra TDI with 256 BHP and 496 Nm's

Last friday I went to a TDI tunings company in Holland (Van Vught Tuning). When I got there I was invited to be passenger in an Ibiza Cupra TDI with 256 BHP and 496 Nms.

With gear changes like that I hope they have a good supply of spare engine supports, drive shafts and gearboxes.

Suppose being a non UK Cupra, the AP's would not have been fitted as standard.

It's originaly a german Cupra.
Since 2008 it's registed in Holland.

That's only 30k miles, that's what a Vauxhall vectra diesel does between services.......

Nope. Seat Sport brakes is an option over here
He used to have 6 pot brakes on the cupra but they were to much for it so they placed them under the race Ibiza TDI with 300 bhp

Oh right, that would explain it! What has been done to the car to get the extra torque?

Gt2260 turbo , Race PD783, sachs reinforced clutch, OEM Fmic and offcourse a chip...

Very similar power to what mine is currently making. Mine also makes a very similar fluttering like at the end of the video.

Flutter!? I dont think I get anything like a flutter, all I get is a high pitched squeal and a pigeon like noise if I let off as the turbo starts to spool!
Going to have to listen a bit harder maybe!

Just seen some of his work over on TDIclub. Apparently his tunes are VERY aggressive!

They are far too aggrssive TBH, the map is overfueling far too much which is raising intake temps.
I havent seen much of their work, but it looks like a lot more time could be spent on that map to make it better.

With diesels, people say "no smoke, No poke".. but unfortunately Smoke = over fueling.
generally too much requested boost also
