So Millers isn't burned and re-enters into the inlet mani from egr, thus cleaning both?
My vac pipe to egr is blanked off - waste of time and money?

Where do you get that from? Just stick to shell or bp and drive it like you stole it, it keeps it cleaner than any additives.
Millers doesn't claim that their fuel treatment cleans the inlet manifold. Can you provide a link to the place you got this advice from, or is it just a street rumour?
The main gain I get from Millers is improved fuel economy, 3 to 4 more miles to each gallon. I think it raises combustion temperatures and so helps reduce carbon formation in the turbo, but not sure.
The best treatment for inlet manifolds is to blank off the EGR and redirect the PCV outlet into a catch can.
sorry to invade your thread and go off your topic darrenj but wots the purpose of blanking off the egr?
oh rite wots a ccv? not very good with these abreviations ive figured sum of em out tho
Hello....just a friendly hijacker here......is that 6mm silicone hose into the the top of the airbox anything to with the EGR then??

No, there are two 6mm hoses fron the black control box that relate to egr. One goes into the top of the egr valve that controls egr function and one goes into a plastic bit at the back of the valve that controls the asv. I think they're numbered 2 and 6 off the top of my head
