Should I put new stem seals and valves in the head or just leave it

you could leave your valves and just lap them in but depends how much £££'s you got. i would replace EVERY seal, gasket and bearing! i'll be rebuilding mine in the next couple of months aswell!

I was planing on replacing all.gaskets and seals
Could I ask what you mean by re lapping my valves in?

All settings will be in a haynes and the elsawin, also theres some in the videos, including the head tightening sequence.

Yea I saw that mate what do they mean to do to my valves

re lapping the valves is re sealing them basically. using a couple of special compounds you put between the valve and valve seat and grind it in so that a good seal is formed so that you dont lose compression. might be a video on you tube that shows you how to do it. have a search

They do all the head skims and pressure test and cleaning etc

I'm just going to be having my head skimmed a little and have it all cleaned and re grounded

Tool is just a valve lapping tool. Think you can get them from halfrauds cheap. You just grind the valve seat with the valve as shown in that link

you do all 20 valves. theres 5 in each
