you don't need to change the sensor!
its only say that your car boost more then ecu requested.
clear it and see if it return again.
did you changed your ecu program, mbc, N75?

hi i have cleared it, it hasnt come back up which has left me stumped now for what my boost problem is, the car has been remapped but i had the problem before it was done, but it didnt splutter as much as it does now, ive changed all boost hoses, new coilpacks and plugs, n75, new maf, new recirc valve, complete new upper and lower breather pipes, done plenty of boost pressure tests, new thermostat and sensor. im not using a mbc, what irritates me is it only does it under 3000 revs any thing above it boost perfect

car has done 120k
its mainly in high gears
if i pull off quick from a standing start its perfect but if im cruising along and put my foot down it splutters bad then its as if the turbo kicks in and its fine

i'm guessing that you never changed or checked your fuel pump
check it for a fuel flow rate
i think that the fuel pump dosn't delivery enough fuel

no you can't..
but you can get a clue, do a log of block 020,002,115 for cf timing maf reading and boost , fourth gear start from 2000rpm all the way to the red line. pedal to the metal :)
and post it here.
