i will be driving mine for the first time this week!
just not been going out much lately! so ill take her to work today, and find out what this bloody cold air in the footwell is comming from!

Put my rear washer cap on, which looks much better than the rusty bolt.
And replaced the piece of grey plastic on the bottom of the steering wheel with an FR logo in it...as opposed to an FR-shaped hole with glue remains in it.

Thank you Dave@Sere

Fitted brighter style bulbs but dont really like the side lights they seem to be more of a bluey dot that a white light. Any recommendations for something abit brighter or 'shineyer'
I use some Philips "warm white" (4000K I think?) LED sidelights. Only trouble is you need separate resistors (the xtec plug and play ones work great) and they're not cheap. But they look nice and not a hint of blue. In fact, they can look a bit yellowish in comparison, before the bi-xenons are warmed up, but they're a good match for them when warm. :)

Car is having it's first service as I type this. Just looking at a metallic white Leon FR (140 TDI) that's in the showroom. It has a slight silvery tint to it. Handily it's next to a candy white Ibiza so you can see the colour difference.

Prefer the metallic white after seeing it in the real. :)

I did see that but thought it must have been photo chopped!! Al "hates the fuel light being on much" mac!

mines been in for its 10,000 mile service only had it 3.5 months had a new Ibiza as a courtesy car was lovely to drive but soooooo slow compared to my FR :)

It's weird as I have a sticker in my Leon telling me I should get it serviced at 10k however the computer has the service mileage at 18k or 01/01/2012 when it's two years old Car is currently on 15k. I've always gone by the mandate service it yearly. So all being well come January it'll get serviced. Or should it have been serviced at 10k

I used to do my old car's oil every 5k, just to keep it smooth. Is that habit worth keeping, bearing in mind I have a bluefin'd FR?

Other than applying the bluefin a couple of weeks ago (and loving it), I washed the car over the weekend. Doing this lot

back when I got it is really paying off as it looked stunning after a frankly shockingly small amount of effort from me :funk:.
