I was going to get some spring just because lowering stand but the shocks have had there run so to say all I want to know is are these any good

They are the low end coilovers that are branded as JOM. They come with 2 year warrenty and shorter droplinks are recommended. The ride will be harsh but an improvement from the standard setup.

You get a years extra warranty on the JOM so it's personally the one I'd pick for the Ibiza 6L model.

Difficult to say as they're a fixed length where as the ones we sell are adjustable so good for various drops.
