Door Card Removal

Hi all!

Has anyone removed the door cards, front and rear to replace the standard speakers?

I'm plaining an upgrade to the speakers and want to make sure I have everything I need in terms of adapters etc.

If only doing the speakers and not tweeters then you just need to remove the speaker cover and screws and out comes the speaker. There is a guide in the FAQ section on how to do it. If you changing the tweeters too, then you will have to remove the door cards

I saw the thread about removing the speaker grilles but I plan on replacing the tweeters also so would need to remove the door cards.
