Same has happend to mine, i little trickal of water (and I mean little) comes out. I have tried cleaning the hole with a pin but no joy. So I can only think its the internals of the jet.

My pipe split (it's wrapped in black tape up the left had side of the engine bay)

Mine didn't stop working but was only about 60-70% of what it should have been, I only noticed as I had the bonnet up whilst washing the rear window and a jet came out of the engine bay and went about 4-5ft.

The problem is the pipe itself is ribbed, and very hard to get to (it's wrapped with the front washer pipe and a small wiring loom) I wrapped it in PTFE tape and it's alright, but not a good fix.

It did also pop off, but I too didn't get a wet boot - I think the water finds a way out without making the carpet wet. Check behind the right hand side trim.
