Also want to do a total oil. Change tomorrow
What oil filer and oil is the best
Mines a 1.2

I'd just go to a local dealer and get a fuel filter and oil filter, or get it off dave.

And 5W30 which is on offer at ASDA atm for £28!

Re fule filters hard to change?
It's quite fiddly, SEAT placed some clips in awkward places which makes it fiddly, I didn't enjoy changing mine! Although to be honest unless you're having problems it's not strictly necessary, fuel filter replacement isn't on the service schedule.
Can't relly picture where that is.?
Underneath the car, just in front of the driver's side rear wheel. It's a shiny little canister thing.
Nah not at all, it's just behind the sill under the car behind the drivers door. Pour some petrol into your new one before you fit it.
You don't really need to fill them with petrol, unlike diesel filters which need diesel really. Petrol burns easier and to be honest my car didn't even splutter when I changed the filter. No harm in doing it though.

As for oil I'd just get Quantum Longlife 3 from the dealer, it'll be cheaper than the Castrol at Asda and it's what SEAT would put in your car if you took it there.
