how often should oil be changed in 2010 IBIZA?

Car had 2 services in Seat dealership done and they did not change the oil yet. Car has got 19 000 miles on the clock. It's 1.2 TDI SC Ecomotive version. Is it ok or someone just missed it? how often should the oil be changed? I would appreciate the answers. Thank you.

How do you know they have not changed the oil?

Never noticed that in my book but genrally a service is oil, I have to get my book out Tues. so I'll take a look. .

Service must have been virtually free then, if they didn't do the oil (or filter) then they can't have changed much at all.

Seems odd though, as the Ibiza isn't on extended servicing or longlife I didn't think.... but even if it was it would have needed it by 19k

I can never make any sense of what they tick and don't tick in the service booklet, but the invoice shows me all I need to know. The Ibiza needs an oil change every year/10k.

On a diesel that may not tell you much, the oil turns black very quickly.

There is no 'oil change' column in my book, can you not ask the dealer that stamped the book, they will have records. .
