New Ibiza FR 1.2TSI (Pics)

just drove it for the first time at night and love it, looks very cool, nice feature with adjusting the brightness of the rev counter and speedo - i will try and update with more pics and stuff soon. Hoping for good weather weekend and il take a load inc night ones.

more seat cuts backs then with no climate control on a FR spec model, looks nice your facelift fr ibiza mate.
The Audi A1 S Line doesn't even have climate control as standard and they cost a lot more than a FR Ibiza. I do think climate control will make a return to standard spec next year.

Yeah I've just ordered a 5 door FR myself and I was a bit suprised to find things on the options list I thought would be standard on the higher spec trim.

World of difference, but yes for their age the mk3's were very well specced. Mine had climate and a cd changer.
Thankfully my mk5 has climate control too

Same! haha right now I have a 6 CD changer in the boot. I concede that It is annoying though cos you can't change your music choice on a whim but it's the principle of the thing!!!
I took a test drive in a Mk5 and the first time I put the clutch in I nearly put me foot through the floor! Can't belive the difference, same goes for the brake pedal......my Mk3 has seen better days I think! :s
Yeah I ordered climate on the new one as I just didn't want to feel like I was taking a step backward, as much as I love the new Ibiza I totally agree that it is well under equiped. I ordered a 1.2TSI as I don't do the miles to have a diesel and I didn't want an auto box - I love driving and I refuse to let a jumped up second clutch take any part of it away from me!

on a bit of a side note -
I got a pcp deal, signed all the stuff last Friday, guy said he would send it off Monday and i got the car on monday, reading the documents it says the first payment would be at least one month after deal started (so im guessing the Monday) which would work out to be like the 30th of August, i would really like the payments to start on the 1st of September,
but havent got any documents through yet so i dont now what date.
So the point, has anyone been able to phone up seat(vw) finance and change the date of the payments ???, only need to push it back 2 days but would make world of different with pay days etc...

Yeah I've done it mate just ring up finance and ask them to change it to the 1st of every month for ya and they should do it no problem like.
