Took her in for dyno today, wanted to do one a while, but also wanted to check issue with "stuttering" at 5k rev's

readout as below,

the range of readings due to a fuel pressure loss at 5k, the guys at Midland VW recon a faulty sensor, geting it changed tomoz see if it cures it.

Happy with its one run of full pressure, 314bhp, on a cat back, stage one and ITG, do i dare more?!?! de-cat, HP fuel pump :D

Mate, I was there when this was done as I was having my cluster upgraded and Chris asked if I wanted to watch it on the dyno (see my post in the spotted section). It was rather impressive...although you need to give your motor a wash and wax! ;)

I would be interested to see what sensor they suggest , I suffer from the same fuelling issue and I have changed the sensor on the side of the fuel pump and it didn't change anything.

makes little odds when your tryin to get off that line!

prepare yourself for a battle to 3rd!

All good honest fun :drive2:

it is nice when you finally get traction in 3rd gear. At inters I had a VW tiguan blitz me off the line because he has 4wd but when I hit third he looked like he was standing still hahahahahaha

Well changed the fuel pressure sesor, 50 notes, and fixxed immmidiatly, well chuffed, full power now right throught the ranges, no drops till over the usual 6.5k!
The new sensor was slightly re-designed, so looks like they been tweeking due to a minor fault!
All good thought!

Could you give us more details on this sensor you changes. Never heard about fuel sensor being a issue besides the one sitting on the HPFP itself but that was on the really early engines.
