Hi all,
I think I have just started to recive the same issue.
I have had my 2007 FR leon done by JBS full exchaust DPF Removed and rear box and full remap cost mew an arm and aleg aroubnd 2 years ago.
The dpf light has came on twice now in two days. I had a mate link his odmc reader and it showed no fault codes as all even though the light was on. I have vag-com lead and software I tried to read the dtc codes but again none was shown. I was not sure on what area of vag com I neded to be attached to so i selected moror, and also komni, the JBJS sig came up but no fault codes.
Seeing its under warenty from JB i have contacted them about it and awaiting there reply.
In all the two years its never show a faul on the DPF as I also thought these would of been mapped out.
Thoughts anyone?
will it harm the car driving it?
I have a 110 mile trip to do to get it back to JBS.
Or should i drive it when the light goes out?
Thanks
Does these sensors cost a lot. Make model and can i fit it myself. Once fitted should i be able to drive the car. And will it still need to go back to JBS
The pressure senders need adapting once fitted, also why would they try force regen on a Dpf that's not there?
JBS did that not me! It was trying to get the values down to the correct levels? I think it was to see if the sensors were not working properly?
