Finally have had it with SERE, bought the car from them in december '11 and so far find their customer care is absolutely terrible. I have had two warranty issues that that they looked at and both times it has been like drawing blood from a stone. The service guy is never at his desk when you phone, doesn't return your calls when he says he will and basically lies through his teeth.

I left the car in yesterday for them to look at, it comes back not fixed, fuel tank is on fumes and someone has been in an old pc I had in the boot as the cover is off it. :censored:

Can anyone recommend a decent dealer around county antrim I can use until the warranty runs out.

Im David Hawthorne, the Parts Manager for SERE Boucher Rd and am absolutely gutted to hear that :(

Hi David, thanks for the offer. If only the rest of your team had your customer care and awareness. I am sorry to say I will not be back near them again but it won't stop me coming to you for parts if I need any.

Well something has gone badly wrong, and if you want to call me and discuss 'off the record' perhaps I can pass on some comments to the Service Dept to prevent it happening again. We honestly have a great Customer Satisfaction score with SEAT UK which makes it even more gutting :(
