SERE - Boucher Road Belfast

Finally have had it with SERE, bought the car from them in december '11 and so far find their customer care is absolutely terrible. I have had two warranty issues that that they looked at and both times it has been like drawing blood from a stone. The service guy is never at his desk when you phone, doesn't return your calls when he says he will and basically lies through his teeth.

I left the car in yesterday for them to look at, it comes back not fixed, fuel tank is on fumes and someone has been in an old pc I had in the boot as the cover is off it.

Can anyone recommend a decent dealer around county antrim I can use until the warranty runs out.

I've used Seat on Ladas Drive for a couple of minor things and never had a problem with them. The parts guy is also very helpful and knows what he's talking about

Well something has gone badly wrong, and if you want to call me and discuss 'off the record' perhaps I can pass on some comments to the Service Dept to prevent it happening again. We honestly have a great Customer Satisfaction score with SEAT UK which makes it even more gutting
