My mates had the plate removed on his to get more air flow into his cooler. It looks great as well.

That was the other one I'd seen Eck.... Definately top of my to do list. Has he chopped it completely out?
It's just one of those things you need to factor in if doing it. Like cookies one its more of an Evo style front end with the side mounted plate. You could also chance your luck and run no plate at all lol.

Safe to say when i destroyed my bumper and FMIC this morning (into the back of a VW Caddy Van
) the lack of support in the crash bar ensured my radiator got destroyed too!
