Help please I have had this problem since I bought the car,i have done the N249 bypass thinking this would sort it BUT it hasn't worked:confused: Where do I try next??? I have changed the Recirc valveCould it be the MAF? AAAAAAGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHH:cry:

I think that's a boost leak mate, check all pipes around tip dump valve n75 valve and all the pcv system around the rocker and under then inlet manifold, I had the same problem and it was a tiny split in a pcv pipe under the inlet and it left a spray of oil on the pipes , may just look greasy or dirty but will be a split pipe somewhere maybe, I ripped it all out and fitted a catch can and blanked it off on the tip and vented it to atmosphere , hope this helps

In the middle you can see the split, it was a twat to find but that's caused that fault code on mine!

I'd agree with you there, had same fault coming up on mine and found a split breather hose under the manifold. Replaced hose and light stopped coming on

That's part of the pcv system under the inlet which is part of the boost pipe system! Catch can is the way forward!

I thought to re-use this thread since I have the same diagnostic code in my car.
I found one broken hose, the one with green tape in the picture.

(cannot submit url links because too few posts... just add http : // to start and they should work)

Could this be causing the issue?
It's the hose leaving downwards from rebreather piece "13a"...
