In standard unmolested form in 20 years perhaps but who keeps a car standard for that long, for me a car screams out for branding, putting your mark on it, it's where I get my kicks, improving looks performance and creating something special, on those grounds it'll never be worth much to the masses just a select few, to compare the fable leon to the iconic mk2 golf or mk1, or the mini is just silly, these cars were pioneers of car design, the golf was not so much the car but it arrived at a perfect time in motoring here in the uk it was embraced as the best hatch of it's time and that made it an icon.... I always thought the carrado would be the same but so far it's not that desirable and making much money...
