So I've been busy again, resulting in this
Completely aired out.
The observant ones will notice the big new power cables and new RCAs running into the boot... that's right, bass is coming
Ok, so that wasn't the first step - this was. It's a Boston G112, which isn't massively powerful at 200w RMS but it will do for now.
I had initially decided to mount it in the false floor but the addition of another compressor under there made it far too tight.
I then broke out the purple paint from the wheels and tidied the amp up a bit. Nothing special being an Alpine V12 but again will do for now.
After a few choice words and scuffed knuckles it was all in and working.
I didn't get any pics of the twin compressor setup as it is only temporary and pretty messy tbh.

16" mate. 8.5j front 9j rear
They look great, think they work well on yours because you're on air, doubt I could get away with 16s on mine
Compressor and sub install looks really nice.
I think 16" would look a bit odd. And I've made a discovery, they aren't 8.5 and 9j as they were sold to me, they are 9 and 9.5j!
This toledo I like, there's a similar one near me that been lowered and subtly modified and it suits it.

So the Toledo is dead... for the most part anyway.
The interior has been transplanted into my lcr, so has the air ride.
The xenons are in bits for a cleanup to go in the lcr and the cupra kit has been sold bar the side skirts.
Makes me feel a little sad looking at the old beast sat waiting for the final strip down but it was time to move on
Here is her replacement so watch this space!

Is the roof lining flexible just wondering how you got it out , seats out and via boot ?

She's not gone yet, the cupra front end has been sold and its back on original suspension but doesn't have an interior Hopefully the engine is coming out soon to be put into something else
The rear light mod is here on the forum somewhere, if you search for Quad Mod you should be able to find it.
The headliner came out through one of the rear doors - just drop the front seats as flat as possible.
