I realise this is a mega old thread but it's exactly the symptoms I'm struggling with ATM. I would appreciate if anyone could comment on what fixed the issue ??

Was the remap in my case. I changed company and all was well.

Thanks for that mate. I had this issue prior to remap and I've got a revo map on there ATM so I would assume it should be ok. Really wish I could find the problem, it's driving me crazy
