I got some of these off the bay but when they arrived they didn't fit properly not sure if they sent the wrong ones but I modified them and have had them working for about 3 months now with no errors.

Here is the exact kit PartsULike fitted to my car yesterday

1 x 42mm 8led canbus festoon -- boot light
2 x 9smd canbus 501 --Front Side Lights
2 x 36mm 6led canbus Festoon --Number Plate Lights
3 x 8smd canbus 501 in --Front Interior Lights
2 x 39mm 6led canbus Festoon -- Vanity Mirrors
2 x 36mm 6led canbus Festoon -- rear interior light
1 x 9smd canbus 501 -- glove box

As said im still testing the number plate lights but so far so good.

Yes kind of you just need to pull them out of the roof

This sounds promising, although they aren't LEDs like I've been fitting, they look like normal bulbs which is probably why they work.
