Anyone with registered VCDS near Sittingbourne Kent

Anyone have a registered version of VCDS near Sittingbourne, Kent? i need to replace my EGR valve and it will need adapting after!

does anyone know if this is something ill be able to get done at a local garage? perhaps a mr clutch or national tyres and exhausts? i need this done so i can tick it off the list of possible causes of the excessive flow i have with my erg valve

You're better off with a smaller garage mate, I wouldn't expect Nationals / Kwik Fit / ATS would have the software and I wouldn't trust Mr Clutch with a Cozy Coupe let alone a real car

I rang a local garage and they wanted £70! When I asked why it's so expensive they said because the machine I need costs £5000 to buy! Does this sound a bit expensive?

Well yes it seems expensive but it doesn't seem to be an excuse to pass the expense onto the customer, if they didn't charge so much they'd have more customers to use it so they'd get more customers

It maybe worth trying a vag specialist as they maybe cheaper although most places are charging 50-70 quid for a diagnostic check etc as it is
