I fitted some coilovers on Tuesday but now. Have a knocking noise when going over bumps (biggish ones) and when I go round sharppish bends? I haven't gone stupid low, and there fitted correctly;) I will have alook when I jack the car up when I'm back but does anyone know?

Your driveshaft is most likely hitting your anti roll bar, you don't have to go low low for this to happen as more often that not it hits the front of the arb hoop, you'll need to fit another anti roll bar with bigger hoops like H&R or Whiteline, DPM Performance will sort you out..

Just want to fill my arches a little. Not got the time to be swapping antiroll bars. Anyone recommend apex springs?

I have my APEC springs for sale ;) theve only done around 3500 miles as I only had them on a year but don't do many miles.

Hi guys, I have the same problem where my anti tool bar hits the drive shaft. It's only the right hand side of the car (drivers side) I'm not sure why only certain ibizas do it... as a mate of mine has the same car, and he is a lot lower than me and he has no knocking noise. Does anyone know why this is as it's confusing the hell out of me :(

I have a mk4 fr 1.8t btw in case it makes a difference lol

Thanks :)

Is this arb bigger for performance purposes? I have had a look on eBay but can't find it?
